Official fee for the application to entry in the crypto register (official name: "register of virtual currency activities") is approximately 131 EUR. Additionally, if you wish to obtain a certificate of entry in the register, a fee of 3,6 EUR is applicable.
Of course, you'd still need an AML procedure tailored to your business, AML entity risk analysis and the company's directors would still require experience and knowledge of crypto. This all involves costs to prepare, but if you do have a company already established in Poland and you meet the AML and crypto knowledge and experience standards, the registration would cost you no more than 135 EUR.
