Three victories in court cases relating to CHF mortgage credits

We are pleased to share the latest victories of our law firm in cases related to CHF mortgage credits:

District Court in Wroclaw, under reference number II Ca 950/22, ruled against the defendant Bank Millenium S.A. The bank's appeal was dismissed, and it was ordered to cover the plaintiffs' appeal proceedings costs.
District Court in Warsaw, in case number XXIV C 2315/20, ruled against the defendant BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. The court declared the loan agreement invalid and ordered the bank to reimburse the plaintiffs for the lawsuit costs.
Court of Appeals in Warsaw, in case number VI ACa 1104/22, ruled against the defendant Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. The bank's appeal was dismissed, and it was ordered to reimburse the plaintiffs for the appeal proceedings costs.
