Crypto registration in Poland and MiCA

So, with MiCA just around the corner, why not wait for it and register now in Poland?
First of all, according to Article 143 of MiCA, Poland will have the option of implementing 'transitional measures' that would allow CASPs registered under Polish law to continue operating during the transitional phase of MiCA, which lasts until July 1, 2026.
We still don't know the specifics of these transitional measures, but given that Poland offers a streamlined crypto-registration process, it might be possible that in addition to obtaining EU crypto registration now, a registered entity might also benefit from transitional measures that could potentially facilitate the transition into the MiCA authorization regime.
So while MiCA authorization will be a must in around two years, until then it still might make sense to register locally, for example in Poland. Needless to say, we know how to do it.
